Lazio and Super Eagles central midfielder, Onazi Eddy Ogenyi today June 18 took his beautiful bride, Sandra Ogunsuyi down the aisle at the marriage registry in Ikoyi, Lagos. Onazi had traditionally wed Sandra in Benin a day ago. They were joined by friends and family including former Super Eagles striker Ayodele Makinwa, plus the groom’s brother Thompson Onazi and close friend Ifada Ighodalo.
“I thank God for such a special day. Getting married is a milestone in the life of a man; to get married to a woman who you love and who loves you makes it even more special,” Onazi said.
The bride, who is a Public Administration graduate and just completed her NYSC program and will start her masters in London after they tie the knot , wore a low-cut white lace gown and hat for the ceremony. A reception followed at an exclusive gathering of Footballers such as Jude Ighalo, Ideye Brown, Sunday Mba, Kenneth Omeruo, Tony Ugah and others were present. See more photos below.
