The

responsibility rather than the duty of security agents alone.

government would introduce stringent security checks to ensure safety at the
various Eid grounds in the state, saying: “There will be enhanced security
checks and we ask the people to be patient with us. There will be enhanced
security checks at the various Eid grounds, so worshipers should go out early
enough to prevent delays.”

restriction of movement in the state during the Sallah celebrations.
Shettima
said government decided to allow free movement following improvement in the
security situation in the state.
He further said the decision followed extensive
deliberation by the “State Security Council and after weighing all the options.
