Multi-millionaire music mogul Dr. Dre cuffed by cops after driver he'd ask to stop blocking his driveway called 911

Dr. Dre had a run in with a driver blocking the driveway to his beachfront mansion in Malibu and it ended with the music mogul in handcuffs.

The N.W.A. co-founder, rapper and producer got into a dispute with a guy who 'cussed at him' after moving his vehicle to let him access his driveway, according to TMZ.

The website reported that the driver 'kept yelling' and so Dre pulled out his cell phone to capture it on video, according to sources close to the Beats Electronics CEO.

However, the guy then called 911 reporting someone pulled a gun on him and that's when cops showed up and patted down and cuffed Dre.

The LA County Sheriff Deputies did not find a weapon on the Beats By Dre entrepreneur who sold his signature headphones brand to Apple in May 2014 for a rumored $3 billion.

While officers were happy to let Dre go, and he was not arrested, TMZ said, the other driver involved wanted to file a complaint and filled out an incident report.

That report will now be sent to the District Attorney for review.

Dre found fame with rap group N.W.A. that featured fellow East L.A. natives Ice Cube, Eazy-E, MC Ren, and DJ Yella, whose story was told in last year's Straight Outta Compton.

Their gangsta rap music featuring explicit lyrics and anti-police sentiment, was born out of their experience with the LAPD while growing up in the predominantly black neighborhood.

Dr left the group in 1991 and the following year he released his own solo album on Death Row Records, a label he co-founded with Suge Knight.
